As the new Obama administration reviews U.S. energy policy, Texas oil man T. Boone Pickens is stepping up his publicity campaign to mobilize support behind his renewable energy plan. In television ads and appearances around the country, Pickens is calling for using more natural gas and wind energy as a way to reduce U.S. dependence on foreign oil. But his proposal is not without critics, as VOA's Greg Flakus reports from Houston, Texas.
