http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/s600vf12 - The BIPRO-S600VF12 allows installers to select between 1080p HD video and analog CCTV video outputs. This allows the camera to be used with traditional analog CCTV DVRs as well as the latest 1080p analog high definition surveillance DVRs.

This video demonstrates the 1080p HD video mode of the camera. To record, we connected the camera to an iDVR-PRO surveillance DVR.

Although this is an outdoor security camera, we tested indoors so that we could setup a zero light environment for infrared surveillance testing. In daytime mode, the camera captures video in color. Infrared / night vision mode is automatically engages when light levels fall below a certain threshold.

The room where this test was performed is 29 feet wide by 28 feet deep. The infrared illumination is a built strong for this room and is designed for greater distances outdoors.

Being that the BIPRO-S600VF12 supports both analog and analog high definition (1080p AHD) video, it is a great choice for customers with standard analog DVRs who eventually want to upgrade to high definition. These users can later upgrade their DVR and simply switch the camera's video mode from CCTV to AHD. You can learn more about upgrading from CCTV to HD video surveillance here.
