If I had to pick the fastest evolving and ever changing artist at the moment, it would probably be Anton Dhouran. The way he & his own sound evolves has been top-notch, but this next step right here is downright outstanding. I wouldn't be surprised, if some tracks of his forthcoming album "The Myth Of Tarae" will be included in one or another movie. As mentioned before, I was never quiet a fan of albums, but this year really proved, that there are some incredible ones out there. When we received the promo-sampler for this album and press play, everything but the music seemed to be on pause. If we ever had to show someone a piece of electronic music, who never heard of something like it before, this would be my pick for 2017. Heart-touching and characterful leads and arrangements draw a line from the first track to the last. It's unbelieveable how much care and love went into this music, when you realize how young Anton is. Pumping out music, that tells so many stories is a challenge in any chapter of life, but it seems quite impossible to do so, in this early stage of music production. Since his family is heavily involved in the film-industry, Anton has the goal to write music for the movies at some point and let me tell you....he is damn close to reach his goal. Enjoy & Buy!! Born into a family of movie-makers and having grown up dreaming of writing music for film, the 23-year old has turned his hand to making cinematic dance tracks. His success so far has seen him sign to labels such as Diynamic, Jeudi and The Soundgarden. Dhouran's first full-length LP, The Myth of Tarae, is typically epic in its breadth and narrative, effortlessly melding the combination of electronic, instrumental and cinematic styles for which he has become known. In keeping with the cinematographic thrust of the work, it is accompanied by a short film which matches the music in its scope and ambition. The film, which scores the album's powerful title track, is a project overseen by Dhouran with the aim of raising awareness of the current plight of the environment.
