This is a vlog summary of the last two weeks using the Garmin Training Plan 5k Intermediate with Heart Rate.

Week 5 started to up the intensity, especially with the interval training, where more time was spent in zone 4 than the previous week and the reps increased. The second interval workout specifically was a hint that the effort so far kicked up a notch.

Week 6, halfway in the program, was a "recovery week" where 3 easy runs were on the schedule. This actually was a good week. Overall I felt that I was able to stay in zone 2 more effectively. I still have problems staying in it, but i'm on that borderline into zone 3.

Pace is starting to show an increase, which is an indication that I'm starting to get some cardio fitness.

Avoiding Chores is a collection of interests from a group of guys who do everything possible NOT to do chores. This involves getting into a number of interests such as: hiking, camping, outdoors, bushcraft, running, beer reviews, live hangouts and long term projects like living off the grid or stone carving.
