What happens when you mix the movie "Top Gun" with the video game "After Burner"? I bet Tom Cruise would get a big kick outta this!! I grew up playing the After Burner video game at the local arcades and on my SEGA Master System, which led me to see the movie "Top Gun"! It's also believed that video game designer Yu Suzuki of SEGA-AM2 looked to the Top Gun movie as an inspiration to the design and creation of "After Burner". Here are the songs I selected, which would fit this video to a tee: 0:01 - "Top Gun movie intro" by Harold Faltermeyer (Equivalent to "Maximum Power") 0:32 - "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins (Equivalent to "Final Take Off") 4:17 - "Mighty Wings" by Cheap Trick (Equivalent to "After Burner") 8:08 - "Lead Me On" by Teena Marie (Equivalent to "Super Stripe") All rights go to the following: "AFTER BURNER II" ©SEGA "TOP GUN" © 1986 Paramount Pictures Corporation. Music Soundtrack ©1986 Sony Music/Columbia Records. I OWN NOTHING. FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES, ONLY. THIS VIDEO IS PURELY FAN-MADE. Dedicated to Tom Cruise and Yu Suzuki.
