Last time we tested buses - well, after unboxing an upgrade, this time we see how well eggs are hatched on a bicycle, biking out to the UBC campus to scout it out for September. Turns out the spawns and PokeStops are pretty crazy over there; that makes the return to classes slightly less painful. I also crash on the bike like an idiot on the way there. It was on a grassy hill, so if you're expecting some sort of car-collision-death-scene, your expectations were a little high. Sorry. Is this still a CoD channel? Idk rip lol IV calc I use (combines with appraisal feature): https://pokemon.gameinfo.io/tools/iv-calculator ****************************************************** Video delay rant: :) I got this done for Wednesday, but it turned out a day late and with subpar audio balance because of the strangest Sony Vegas render issues. It was a complex project file which contributed to tons of crashing and failed renders, but when the render did rarely succeed, parts of the music would glitch out and be replaced with a bit of voice audio from somewhere earlier in the video. (This was not the case when playing the video back in Vegas, only a post-render issue.) The background music also glitches out a couple times in this video at the very end during the sledgheammer spam, that was probably the cause of all these issues tbh lol. No idea what would cause the audio to be screwed throughout the video consistently the way it was though. This can be heard in the video link below. To get around it, I tried all the usual restarts and copying everything into a new project file to stop it from constantly crashing, used different templates, qualities, settings, everything - eventually I removed all the individual gain adjustments to make things less balanced but hopefully simpler, deleted all the .sfk files (sound data associated with imported video) to get Vegas to re-write them, and that combination actually worked. The next step would've been settling on rendering it in two halves, then rendering the halves into one video, which would hurt the quality (if it even worked.) Thankfully, this render worked alright, even though the audio isn't perfectly balanced - some things are louder and quieter than I'd like - and the end audio isn't perfect. Whatever. After this render finished, I was unable to close Vegas, and it promptly crashed again lol. Well, that's fine. What a nightmare, rip all of Wednesday. I thought I was done after going through 400+ hours of video to make this crazy thing, but the headache had only just begun. Here's the weird failed version of the video uploaded yesterday with the audio glitches throughout, starting a couple minutes in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFjigSvij8w (One example is at 3:24) -------------------------------------------------------------- S0ur Twitter: https://twitter.com/S0urPatchAdults S0ur Discord Server: https://discord.gg/SDRNJEB S0ur Website: http://s0urpatchadults.com/ S0ur PSN: SirS0urPatch
