Both players end up queening in an ending and the game appears to be a draw. Bill's time runs out in the scramble and attempts to claim a draw. J.C. MacNeil rules that insufficient losing chances could not be claimed in the final position. According to USCF blitz rules, only special positions can be claimed drawn. Futhermore, claims need to be made before the clock flashes zero. Black wins Every Sunday around 1pm, J.C.
