**I'd like to add that I've been waiting for new brushes in the mail, and always wash my hands between steps if I'm using my fingers to apply the makeup!**
I was trying to think of Halloween costumes I could easily throw together with stuff I already have, since let's face it: you wear your Halloween costume once a year for maybe 7 hours tops. I've always wanted to be a mermaid, and thought I'd create a really fun and colorful mermaid makeup tutorial to share! Like I said in the video, you could easily pair this look with a maxi skirt and bikini top, throw some leaves/shells in your hair and to take it a step further you can pin your skirt together at the bottom for a tapered tail look. Have fun this Halloween and be safe!!! Don't drink and swim ;)
