No end in sight to 10111 call centre agents' strike

There seems to be no end in sight to the strike by 10 111 emergency call centre agents. And there no formal talks underway with the SAPS to get them back to work. Operators, represented by police union SAPU, are calling for an increase in their salary level from five to seven, an estimated increase of R50 000 per annum.
