United nations, 11 February 2009 - Daily Briefing by the Office of the Spokesperson for the Secretary-General. United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon condemned the terrorism attacks that took place in Kabul, Afghanistan today . The Secretary-General's spokesperson said, "The United Nations stands shoulder to shoulder with the Afghan people and the Government in condemning today's attacks."
