Rex Tillerson is heading to the African continent this week. And so is Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. He's due to visit Angola, Namibia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Ethiopia. And it's being suggested that he meet with Tillerson while they're both in Addis Ababa. Relations between the two have been strained due to a variety of reasons.
