Hi again guys! In this video there is a lot of tapping, crinkling, some eating sounds (not much though), soft speaking and some whispers - I hope you find it relaxing. Most of what I show in this video is considered junk food, with the exception of maybe the oats and the raw energy balls - I don't eat all this at once and wouldn't recommend it either :P Moderation in all things.
