This tutorial by FORD artist Raul Anthony shows how to apply basic blush. I also talk about the different types of blush on the market. I use my finger to apply many cosmetics. It is easier to wash my hands at the end of the make-up session rather than keep buying new brushes. Start by making a big smile, your cheek will stand out and this is sometimes called the apple. Put a small dab of blush on your finger and transfer it to the apple of your cheek. Then feather the blush into the cheek. You do not want to rub it off, just in so that it looks smooth and natural. It should not take but a minute on each cheek. Some blush cosmetics come with a shinny, shimmer added. I prefer a peach color because the color works on all complexions.
