I think there's a Great Tit nest in the neighbours Buddleja bush. Today the parents have found a new food source - the mason bees. I've been to the DIY shop and I'll put some chicken wire over them tomorrow! There's three bee tubes on the left, and the thing on the right is supposed to be for ladybirds - but I've given up on them moving in, taken off the cover, and the bees are now using it. I'll cut it to bits in the winter, remove the cocoons, clean them and put them in a hatching box in spring. The plants are blueberries - covered in fruit. There's some kerria in the background too.
