A lot has happened since the launch of Elektor's Embedded Linux article series in May 2012. The Gnublin/Elektor Linux Board is now in a second version; in addition, the file system on the memory card has been improved. High time to repeat some of the basics of the system. Naturally we do so on the basis of the most exciting topic to all users: developing your own applications. In the video, creator Benedikt Sauter also shows a new, very simple way for Windows users to arrive at Linux PC with a ready installed development environment! Download the Linux live CD: http://gnublin.embedded-projects.net/live-cd.
