Matt (http://www.youtube.com/user/darkmessiah24) was a keen subject but didn't really know what to expect. 

I decided to start with the normal hand stick suggestion but varied it so that instead of being stuck to the bench or his leg, it one hand would be stuck to the other. Just to make sure he got the full effect because he was loving it, we did it twice. This is the resulting video!
