Germanwings plane crashes in southern France

An Airbus A320 of the Lufthansa's Germanwings budget airline crashed on Tuesday in the Alps region in southern France. The French newspaper La Provence says at least 142 passengers, two pilots and four flight attendants were on board the plane, which was en route from Barcelona to Duesseldorf. Germanwings and Airbus were not immediately available for a comment.
