Malchor was a sculptor who was given the task of sculpting statues of each of the gods. Dwayna charmed him with her presence, filling his heart with love for her, so he could not turn down the task. Each of the gods came to his studio and had a statue sculpted in their image. Dwayna's was the final statue to be sculpted, and Malchor created the statue to radiate all of her grace and beauty; however, upon its completion, Dwayna returned to Arah, and he fell into despair knowing he would never see her again. He committed suicide by jumping off a cliff into the body of water now known as the Strait of Malchor.

In 2007, after the release of Nightfall, Arenanet set out to make the sequel to Guild Wars. Eye of the North was the last piece of fully priced content to be added to the original game and it introduced players to some of the key plots, races and enemies found in Guild Wars 2.

My let's play will be heavily focused on the story, so if you're thinking of playing the sequel but want to know more about the world - this could be the LP just for you!
