A kid-friendly Noon Year's Eve celebration was held at The State Museum of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg Dec. 28, 2018. At noon, hundreds of streamers rain down on revelers in Memorial Hall. Crafts, snacks, dancing, science presentations by Eric Energy and a planetarium show, “Animals of the Night,” were part of program. The museum is closed on Mondays, so the event was held Friday.
