Rinpoche reflects on the process that evolves from wrong concepts. Basically, the origin of depression is attachment, then discriminating thought and anger. Rinpoche gives us advice to apply Tonglen practice to overcome this erroneous process that binds us to suffering. For example, when attachment arises we may think: 'May all sentient beings attachment ripen on this, my attachment'. In this way we use our own attachment for all sentient beings to be free from it. Then, instead of becoming a cause of suffering, it becomes a cause for liberation This video was extracted from a teaching that was recorded in Bendigo, Australia on April 11, 2018.
