RTO SAFETY RIDE - MUMBAI EAST
Mumbai RTO celebrates Road Safety Week during Jan every year. During this week, they conduct various excercises to create awareness about Road Safety. 
One of the events is a Motorcycle Rally. Mumbai East RTO is organizing a rally on 22nd of Jan 2017. 
Rally Details:
Assembly @ Wadala RTO: 0700hrs
Breifing: 0730hrs
Flagoff: 0745hrs
Route: Approx 30kms - Covering various parts of City that fall under Mumbai RTO - East
Termination point: Soniya Royal Enfield - Bhandup
All participants will be provided with certificate of participation
Rules for the rally:
1. Rally will be in 2x2 formation. All riders to ride in disciplined manner. 
2. Rally speed will be between 40kmph to 50kmph
3. Helmets mandatory for Riders and Pillions. In case someone found not wearing a helmet (including Pillion), he/she will not be allowed to participate in the rally
4. Riding gear recommended.
5. No riding under influence of any intoxicants
