Removing Surface Rust from Mercedes W123 Euro Front Bumper

I bought a second-hand W123 Euro front bumper for my car as the one I currently have had a few dings and minor scratches on it. This one I bought is structurally perfect but had some issues with surface rust drip on the front in noticeable areas. The back of the bumper which wont be noticable was sanded down and treated with rustoleum. The purpose of this video is to prove yet again that folded tinfoil and a can of Coca Cola can do wonders.
