After wearing himself out trying to split open a chocolate orange, he passes out and is awoken by another possible hallucination. The Spirit of Christmas Present. In part 2, Bruce whips up a chocolatey Christmas cocktail that was created by a viewer named Zel who suggested Bruce try it. Can Zel's concoction bring some of Bruce's Christmas spirit back?

IN A SHAKER TIN/GLASS COMBINE:

1.5 OZ - DARK RUM
1/2 OZ - COINTREAU
1 OZ - ORANGE JUICE
1 OZ - HALF & HALF
1 OZ - CHOCOLATE SYRUP
--------------------
TOSS IN SOME ICE AND GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE
--------------------
STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COCKTAIL GLASS
--------------------
TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM & GRATE SOME ORANGE OVER TOP
--------------------

CHOCOLATE SYRUP
--------------------
1 CUP - UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER
1 CUP - GRANULATED SUGAR
1 CUP - COLD WATER
1/4 TSP. - SEA SALT/KOSHER SALT
1 TBSP. - VANILLA EXTRACT
--------------------
IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, WHISK TOGETHER THE COCOA POWDER AND SUGAR UNTIL BLENDED

ADD THE WATER AND SALT, AND WHISK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BOILING, STIRRING CONSTANTLY
--------------------
CONTINUE BOILING UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS (ABOUT 3-5 MINS)

REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR IN VANILLA AND BOTTLE WHILE IT'S STILL HOT
--------------------
STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT GLASS BOTTLE IN THE FRIDGE. SHOULD KEEP FOR AT LEAST A MONTH
