In the GiraffeL tent at HAR 2009 there was a wonderful Beernary Machine... with all of their people's mugs wired for RFID, the scanner on this machine would control the flow of suds and allow only authorized persons to have a drink. A side-effect of this creation was the ability to track and log how much each person was drinking... and hence we had the running scoreboard on the wall the whole time, too. These Germans are a fun and creative group of people!
