Watch in HD! What's up everyone! I wanted to kick out a quick review on Todd's Scorch Steak Sauce. I am really happy I got a chance to get my hands on this sauce and it will definitely get a ton of use out of it! On Taste. The taste of this sauce is pretty amazing. You immediately get the smokey, garlicy, 7 Pot Brown taste, and then it is followed up by a nice tomato/worchesterchire flavor. It is great on steaks, as it was built for, but I think that red meat in general would be a great target for this. On heat. As I mentioned above, the heat level is pretty mild to medium. It is a steak sauce, not a all purpose sauce. With that being said, it has the perfect kick for your meal without overpowering it. Oftentimes sauces can really overpower your food, and that is simply not the case with this sauce. Also, it is something that someone who really isn't into a whole lot of heat can enjoy. It is toasty, don't get me wrong, but it is not going to make you reach for the milk! Overall, it is a great sauce and I am happy to add it to my stock. It will be on the table with all the red meat, and I can't wait to cook up some more steaks to really have this thing shine!
