This was the best way I came up with to test my turbines. I just could not spend all day waiting for the wind to get going. I use a very old GPS for the speed and I also attached the volt meter to the stand. We never leave the subdivision, because I am not sure if it is legal to go down the road with this. This is also why I think that my neighbors think I am a little crazy.
