In February 2018 I took on the challenge of my life. To see how far up Mount Everest I could go while keeping the ball in the air. This challenge was in memory of my grandad who inspired me greatly in my life. After a treacherous fight with illness we sadly lost him to Vascular Dementia in April 2017. Even though my grandad went through so much, he never ever complained and stopped smiling. The obstacles in his path become the path and he embraced them never failing to show gratitude for what he had and not what he didn’t have. This short film shows our journey. I’m so grateful for my friends Danial Ilabaca and George Mayfield for supporting me on this trip. Plus our magnificent team of guides that kept us safe and on track each day.
