Me playing Skyrim on 2 EVGA GTX 680s (4GB)

Please forgive the stuttering. It is an artifact of the recording process that I cannot seem to fix no matter what I do or try. In reality, the game almost NEVER goes below 60fps under any circumstances whatsoever. The only places I ever get any slowdown of any kind are the densest parts of Falkreath and the Rift.

Visual mods I am running:

Official HD Texture Pack
Better Dynamic Snow
Deeper Snow (More Snow)
DYNAVISION
Enhanced Distant Terrain
HD Plants + Herbs
Kerplunk - Watery Rocks
Lush Grass
Lush Trees
All versions of "Towns and Villages Enhanced"
Terrain Bump
That's Ice
Vibrant Auroras
RCRN - Pure with volumetric fog enabled
W.A.T.E.R.
Enhanced Blood Textures

The game is running at 1920x1080 with FXAA, 4XAA, 8X transparency supersampling, and 16X anisotropic filtering, with all settings at their absolute maximum. I also changed the shadow map resolution to 8192, ugrids loaded to 7, and maximum tree distance to some extremely far away amount.

My computer, for those who are interested: http://valid.canardpc.com/2656046

Those who play Skyrim on their consoles can only dream of their graphics looking this good.
