Nestora Salgado was working to fight narcotrafficking and corruption in Mexico's Guerrero State. She was held in August 2013 for “kidnapping,” but she was actually making arrests as part of her regular duties. AJ+ caught up with her husband as he made the rounds in the U.S. Capitol to get her released from prison.
