Video from during and around the 2011 Birkett race, from Team 19, a team of Locosts. Team name: Four Northern Monkeys and a Southern Softie. External footage shot on Canon SLRs. Video is from 500D with 50mm F1.8 10-20mm and 70-300mm. Timelapse shot on a 350D with 18-55 kit lens. On-board footage is from GoPro HD Hero 1. It was bloody windy at the top of the grandstands 2. Next year I must go with a shoulder rig for the camera 3. Next year I must get a photographer's vest so I can get closer to the track. If I get invited back, of course!
