I wanted to create a new type of favourites video which is different from most you will see on youtube. I wanted mine to be more about showing you things that will help you on your journey though life.

Today I thought I would share some of my favourite things that have manifested their way into my life and have had a positive impact on me and also my health and wellbeing.

I think this type of video is a great way to find new things that can add value to your life. And also help you to find amazing like minded companies and products that are in alignment with your values and on the same path! 🙏🏼
