Changing perspectives and redefining something takes a lot of work. It also takes a lot of time. With the healthy combination of both, Emirates NBD wants to create a real difference for people with disabilities in the UAE as a whole. We want to start a conversation. Educate. Challenge hiring practices. Change the intellectual infrastructure so that we can start thinking and acting more effectively. So that together, we can be more empowered. أهدافنا إن عمليّة تغيير المفاهيم وإعادة تعريف شىء ما تتطلب الكثير من العمل. كما أنّها تستغرق الكثير من الوقت. مع مزيج سليم من كل منهما، يهدف بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني إلى خلق فرق حقيقي لذوي الإعاقة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ككل. نحن نريد أن نبدأ حوار. أن نقوم بالتوعية. وأن نتحدى الإجراءات المتّبعة في التوظيف. أن نغيّر البنية الفكرية بحيث نتمكن من البدء في التفكير والتصرف بشكل أكثر فعالية. وبذلك معاً، نستطيع أن نشكّل قوةً أكبر.
