The farm uses an historic wine cellar, more than 100 years old. Grundheim is famous for its fermentation process in open tanks. Everything still gets personal attention from bottling to labeling. Grundheim is renowned for its witblits made in a traditional brandy still. Their labels bull terrier is but a shadow of the witblits bite and grip.
