This game. It does not even try to give you a chance!
-----------

This is stage one of Campaign Four in the mostly ignored Wii game, "Blast Works". Quick run-down on how this game works:

You fly and shoot and dodge bullets. Oh. And you attach the pieces and guns of enemies you destroy to yourself to create a crazy mega weapon as you go.

Sounds simple, huh? It is. But isn't. Dodging bullets is hard enough, but when you've got the idea that you MUST attach the carcasses of all your enemies to you, it gets tricky. These pieces act as a bit of a shield before bullets reach you, sure, but they aren't that resilient. You can make them "disappear" by holding down a button, but this also makes it so you can't catch any other pieces until they pop back out again.

Another incentive to collect pieces: Your score counts up quicker the more pieces you've got. More score equals more lives. Lives are VERY important in this. You'll treasure every last one.

Okay, so, how'd I do? Alright, right?
Not really.

See, this is just STAGE ONE. There are probably at least two more of increasing difficulty, and to clear a campaign you have to beat them all in one run. Lose all your lives on any later stage in a campaign and you go back to stage one.

Very unforgiving. (Oh, I'm playing on "Pilot" difficulty, by the way. That's "Normal".)
