Tofu has a terrible reputation as probably one of the most boring foods on earth. On its own, it is certainly bland, but if you marinade it you can turn it into something really tasty. As for the pasta, it's the same recipe as for regular pasta, but you leave out the eggs - it's still way better than shop-bought pasta!
