If you are a permanent resident of Canada, your PR card is scanned as well when you enter Canada. • You may request a list of your entries to any country to be provided with your PR card application in the event that you do not have two Notices of Assessment from the past 5 years, or you are specifically instructed to do so by CIC. • Records must be obtained from each country individually.
