Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and will be deposited into the "Dead" box. That Pokémon can no longer be used in battle, however it can be used for HM purposes but only if necessary.

I may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area/route, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.

Duplicate clause. If my first encounter is a Pokémon that I have caught before, or in the evolution tree of a Pokémon I've caught before than I am allowed a second encounter.

I must nickname every Pokémon I capture, just so I get emotionally attached and stuff.
