Michelle Antoinette, Love the Poet Poet, Award winning woman of Spoken Word In a mix of speech, song and poetry, Michelle shares life struggles as they are represented in her work. Michelle's art expresses her respect for the people, family and friends in her life, in spite of obvious divergent perspectives. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations) TEDxLive Baltimore We created an afternoon event, on March 19th, 3 - 7pm. The goal was to bring community to the room with 3 local speakers, and a replay of Session 4: The Wish, where the Award was gifted to Charmain Gooch.
