This is episode #144 of the Cable TV programs that we share on 25 cable TV channels that reach 1.7 million homes each week thanks to several very kind people. Part of what I share, in this episode, is: I think many of us walk around being an umbrella….dodging the rain and the storms in our lives. For me, it’s a constant struggle to remain on the offensive instead of the defensive. I read a quote, once, that (currently – October 2015) I have stuck to my laptop. “Fate whispers to the warrior “you cannot withstand this storm.” The warrior whispers back “I am the storm.” 556 Productions Thomas Edison failed 1,000 times before creating the lightbulb. Although the exact number of tries has been debated, ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 attempts, it's safe to say Edison tried and failed a whole lot before he successfully created his beacon of light. His response to his repeated failures? “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.” Leverage your power...your strength...your skills. “MOST PEOPLE wait around until their circumstances change and things to look better. The FEW make the circumstances change so things WILL look better.” John Carver John Carver [email protected]
