A crowd gathered at Buckingham Palace Monday to celebrate the birth of the royal baby, but in earlier times, many people had to bear witness in the bed chamber, for fear of a royal fake. The Queen stopped the practice when she had Prince Charles in 1948. Mark Phillips reports.
