I followed my trash driver out of my neighborhood and in to the one adjacent to it, which is 100% apartments. I lost my trash driver, but I *thought* I knew where he was going so I didn't care, but then I turn a corner, and this truck pops up. The driver was great, even gave me a pair of brand new gloves for me to keep for moving so many carts out from behind cars. This truck is #777, a truck I have seen around but never filmed before. This truck is also the only truck in West LA with the number on the side of the tailgate, like the trucks you find in East and West Valley. And as I said earlier this area is 100% apartments. NO houses. This area is 2 streets + 1 long alley and it takes an hour and a half to do the trash. This area used to be done by my trash driver, and he had to come back to do my street in the afternoon because this area pumps out so much trash. Now my trash driver only does like 5 of these apartments or something in a small alley. My recycle and greens driver also do this area, greens is done in like 15 minutes or something and recycle maybe 35-45. Filmed 5/28/12 6AM-7:15AM Thanks to the driver!
