GrandView joins the growing Chicago condo deadpool

When the real estate market starts to tank, projects on busy streets in outlying neighborhoods generally tank harder. The once-thin demand for these projects evaporates into thin air as prices fall in stronger neighborhoods. The GrandView Condominiums, at Peterson and Jersey, in Peterson Park, joined the deadpool several months ago, but this was our first chance to stop for a look.
