Visit the working kitchen in the Museum's new exhibition, Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture. The kitchen features daily samplings (Monday-Friday, 12:30-5:30 pm and Saturday-Sunday, 10:00 am-5:30 pm), as well as taste tests and demonstrations of cooking methods. Guest demonstrators at the kitchen include local farmers and chefs and the kitchen themes will change every two weeks.
