One of the major problems that do face our youth (pre & post revolution) is the issue of unemployment, which almost every Egyptian home has a story or two to tell about their challenges within it.
Yet, what's worse than unemployment is the stigma associated with what is prominent and constantly praised by the society to reach higher stakes and pursue a fruitful life.
To gain society's approval, to feel self achieved, to feel fulfilled, to be able to have a proper life and definitely then the best salary, marry the woman/man of my dreams and end up touring the world too. All that is noted by certain borders and bylaws that have been carved within the hearts and minds of our people since the 40s-50s of the last century, yet still applied to this day forward; which more or less goes against their core intelligence and passion aspects in life, air-ago many fail miserably and fall into negativity pits.

Mohamed Reda is currently occupying the position of Production Manager at Practex Management Consulting, holding responsibilities in the training & development, R&D and marketing segments

Being an enthusiastic person with knowledge of modern business, who is an eager learner seeking self-improvement and knowledge in every form and shape whether on personal or professional spectrums

With a 6 year background experience in the BPO industry, business development, a managerial post in the UN, and finally a 6 years experience in the training field. Mohamed has came to condense and formulate all of his efforts and knowledge acquired to dedicate it to the field of empowerment and development in the form of training programs & applied workshops to further enhance the youth who are facing today's dynamic global race.
