This build cost me around 4~6 ex (most of the cost is from ̶D̶y̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶S̶u̶n̶ I'm an idiot because that's obviously a Vinktar's and nobody told me so it's actually YOUR fault - a Dying Sun would have blown the costs up through the roof). I personally 5-Linked my Queen of the Forest, so I didn't need to buy it, saving me a lot of money.
