This is a video that explains Williams Avenue, A crossing in Madison, Tennessee, a neighborhood in Nashville. The crossing used to have incandescent gate lights, before they are replaced with LED. The crossing has a dead WCH Mechanical bell, but a working Modern Industries Mechanical bell. The WCH Mechanical bell is still there, but all they did was add an NEG E Bell to the side. The Modern Industries mechanical bell was also worked to ring faster. The dot tag was changed from Old White to New Blue.
