High Court has directed Dr. R. Venkatesh, who runs a disputed dialysis unit at Hospicio hospital at Margao, to meet Chief Secretary of Goa to discuss issues and find an amicable solution if possible. Goa government wants to close or shift the dialysis unit run by Dr. R. Venkatesh. But, Dr. R. Venkatesh is before the High Court seeking direction to Goa government for shifting his dialysis unit from the existing place. Dr. R. Venkatesh runs his contractual dialysis unit at Hospicio Hospital, Margao. Few months back, fire was broken in the building of his dialysis unit and the authorities cut its electricity connection. Goa government wants Dr. R. Venkatesh to shut his dialysis in the row to repair the building. But, Dr. R. Venkatesh filed petition before High Court seeking direction to Goa government to provide an alternate place for shifting his dialysis unit from the existing place.
