So we are here at the end ready to enter through the locked door with the keycard and find Timmy at last. It won’t be easy and there may be some new surprises awaiting us. Regardless of the outcome, this has been a fresh and fun way to approach The Forest. Foregoing the “build big bases” approach that I and others have all done already, this season was fun because I focused on putting myself in our protagonist's shoes. When you think like that, bases do not matter. Finding Timmy and surviving long enough to do so matter most.
