Grand opening Saturday inside Clooney's ship galley-sized kitchen, TG'll up the pub grub ante in the Mission with six sea-worthy mains from two first-time chefs, including The Sausage (German links with pickled peppers on a poppy seed bun), The French Onion Sandwich (roast beef, melted provolone, and beef-brothed onions), and The PB&J, which's smothered with fresh ground peanut butter/homemade jam and then grilled, though it still refuses to divulge what it did with the Fluff.
