The video started out me showing flashy kicking techniques. Then, when I realized I am not as young as I used to, it switched to showing Taekwondo kicks. Then, when it hit me my body is old now, it just became a practice session. Comment below if you have any love for martial arts!  If we get at least 30 likes for this video, then I will put out more (maybe a tutorial). 

Please know there will be a part two! I need redemption!

Note: The technique displayed in the video is not all sparring techniques  The motions in the vid are more showy and over-exaggerated.
